1.1 REMOVAL / RETURN

CAUTION: SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNED ONLY IN THE EVENT OF A DIFFECTIVE PRODUCT

You have the right to return the entire order or part thereof within 7 calendar days of the date of dispatch. In this case, you only pay for the direct shipping and return costs of the products.

In case, that the reason for your return concerns a company error, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return has been made with the shipping company of COURIER. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have the obligation to fill in and send the special “return form” available on the website www.aquarline.gr. You are obliged to send the product in the good condition in which you received it, without the packaging being tampered with and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting the withdrawal notice contained in the return form. The return will be accepted only by shipment with a courier and only upon approval of the company. In case of return of the products and depending on how you choose to pay your order and the way your refund will be made, your refund will be completed within 8 working days of the date of receipt of the products. If the reason for the refund relates to a company error, AQUARLINE commits to re-send a courier to the address you have appointed to receive the order at your own expense. If the consumer wishes to return his order without being guilty of the company then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself. Once the product leaves you, AQUARLINE receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece and through COURIER. In the event that you choose other carriers, we can not provide any warranty on the delivery times of the products you return. In case you choose to send by post, we can not collect your return. Once we have received the product, we will process your request immediately and will inform you by e-mail how it will be processed. Upon return of the product, and once approved by the Company, the customer is reimbursed to the full amount either by a corresponding deposit in his bank account, which he has completed on the return form necessary to accompany the returned merchandise or otherwise in accordance with above.

1.2 REPLACEMENT / CHANGE

The company is required to provide replacement if the product is considered defective. In case the consumer wants to change the product, he / she is obliged to follow one of the following ways: 1.2.1 To return to the company by courier and to make a new order. In this case, the cost of the refund is borne by the consumer. 1.2.2 Change the Company’s headquarters in Greece without any charge. If the reason for the refund relates to a company’s error, the cost of return is borne by the latter. After the product is returned, the customer is reimbursed to the full amount by a corresponding deposit in his bank account, which he has completed on the return form necessary to accompany the returned merchandise.

1.3 ANALYTICAL RETURN GUIDE FOR THE ABOVE (1) AND (2) CASES

1.4 ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHT

Our customers are entitled to cancel an order under the very specific conditions below:

1. If the checkout is not complete, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button in your browser.

2. If the checkout has been completed, please contact a representative of our company to further inform you of the procedure to be followed. Your order may be canceled provided it has not already been handled by the company. The right to cancel the order does not exist in the above cases. Note: All products returned to AQUARLINE stores and warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of your order delivery, the status of the products sold and the intact packaging in order to identify any obvious defects. If a defect is found in the quality control of the product returned, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question. In case you want us to return the products you purchased, you should contact a representative of the online store to inform you of the particular store where the return will be made.

1.5 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In addition to the above rights, the buyer, in the case of a product that has a defect or lack of agreed status, also has all the rights under the existing provisions and laws on the contract of sale and consumer protection.
